Forgiveness and Forgetting is a New Beginning...

First of all I want to thank my friends for their great comments to my past post!

Today God answered many of my prayers....

With mom- We have had such a SPECIAL time together! We have spend so much quality time together and have been able to make some GREAT memories...

We have had some heart to heart talks about our past and future and our new relationship...She even told me how proud she is of me and what I am doing with my life and my family. This is more than anyone can ask for!

God is so good to us how he hears our prayers and answers them!!

Saturday - Exhale you made it another week!

9:47 still in jammies and with a cup of STRONG coffee...... Love Saturday mornings ! No agenda No schedules and for the first time in 10 years my HUBBY is sleeping in !! He has worked Saturdays forever and starting this week no more.....
Kids are all still in bed but one Justin who is watching cartoons but house is quite and still......

Today I pick up mom from the airport ! Kids are excited and I am not sure what to feel...

Love my mom but we just can't say we have the BEST relationship... We are night and day and that has always been so hard on us... Going to Walmart to pick up a Rose and running into the Dollar Store to get a balloon...will try to make her visit Special, different and sweat!

How is your relationship with your mom??

I think of how hard it would be to be an adult and not have a Strong relationship with Jasmine ! All the time I have spend loving, caring and raising her... lifting her to God in prayers...showing her how to live for God and be a good housewife, mother,sister,daughter,friend....( getting all emotional here) I just want to make things right with my mom -- HUG her, kiss her and love her..and yet I am not sure where to begin....I believe this is why God says if we only had a childs faith all would be different...children forgive and forget!! Love without boundaries...

So my prayer is that this week I would learn a new way to love,respect,honor my dear mom!

A women who has lived a life of faith and raised 4 women to follow CHRIST no matter what!

GREAT DAY !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I am so thankful today we all woke up so much healthier---- Don't we all take if for granted???

Sick all day yesterday with Hubby and daughter and today we are all WELL!!!!! Yeah!!!Praise GOD

Jose started his new work hours and new Position - Quality Control Night Manager! BIG ONE- so proud of him how he is just climbing the ladder at SYSCO!

We had a great day today we workout together which for me it is HUGE! He is eating clean and really trying to get in shape this year... we did family devotions before school which was awesome!

Change is good at times and I think that his new hours is going to allow for us to have more family time together and I will have all the afternoons and evenings to myself to get things done around the house and work done before he gets home!

Great Buys Great prices........

If you know me I love to shop a bargain!! When I mean a bargain I am talking about 50% or more discounted that is why I LOVE TJ Maxx and Ross!! I also love trendy fashionable designer things but I NEVER pay full price why should we when with time and patience you can find it for half the price....

My finds this week:

Went to Pier 1 which had a 75% sale purchased a $70 pottery plate for my living room coffee table for $20 which was a sale of 70%!! I also purchased 3 decorative balls for 1.50 each and a cute little wood bird for $1.29... So my beautiful Pier 1 center piece was for only $25.74! You have to LOVE it!!

Then on Tuesday after Justin's dentist appointment I ran to Target to get some Motrin for his pain...poor baby got 4 teeth pulled and 2 cavities filled and I walked into a 75% off sale which I love and got real quickly 4 sweaters that originally are $30 each for $3.49 for Angel and Jonathan for next year got Justin a hoody for $2.49 which he loves and Jasmine got 3 sweaters that go for $12.99 each for $2.49 each for the remaining of this winter... Love it!! I also got Jasmine 4 pairs of tights for next year for $1.29 each !! Okay talk about a sale!

I love Fitness- I work out 6 days a week and eat clean! (meaning as natural and healthy as possible)
I love Coffee- Starbucks or any strong Bold coffee - coffee is the way I relax from a stressful day
I love Fashion- I love to follow the new trends on hair and clothes and love to bargain shop..if there is a sell I am there and I never pay full price but love the best designers...
I love the City- the lights the museums the parks the live bands and all the art you can see
I am a busy body ! I love to multi-task and have more than one thing going at the same time
I love to organize give me a messy room and I will make it all neat and tidy!
I love girlfriends - I guess because I am 1 of 4 sisters and always had girlfriends to talk about every thing I just love girl time..
I love to clean - van, house or office
I love to decorate and I love color!


What I dislike?
Dirt,clutter,mess,smells and pets.... And I have a dog!! YIKES!

Happy New Year!

Happy New Year! What a week !! We had a great week! Less work hours and more time with the kids!!!

Oh how blessed I am to have more time to do things around the house and get all that needs to be done and have extra time to spend with the kids!

This year my goal is to be a more hands on mother! I want to share time with them in the things they enjoy the most....

So I have started playing Playstation with them! They have this neat game which is Pack-man but in a land like Mario Brothers -- LOVE IT !! It is so neat to see how excited the kids are that I am actually playing with them! I have also rode on their new 4-wheeler and they also thought I was SUPER cool!!!

Educational Wise:

I am reading with Justin everyday and I am reading out loud to them as much as possible... I am also teaching them how to follow a schedule and be responsible...
I started using this cool software that prints out all the school assignments for the day and this has helped us keep in track! We also have been able to grade all school work!

So it has been a great week and I am thankful for how God is so good to allow for me to spend more time with the kids and less working!

I will try to blog weekly until I can blog daily again!
