Edith's surprise visit!!

On Monday the 18th we were having lunch when down our driveway comes Edith's van. Okay all the kids were just screaming and yelling like crazy. Jasmine started crying and shaking because she was so happy . You see Jasmine prayed to spend her birthday with Melanie and Isabel so when she saw them she was in shock. God is so good! Here are some pictures of Edith's stay in our home during the week of June18-22nd. We celebrated Jasmine's birthday on Friday with a ice cream party. Pastor Mike and Nancy have become good friends of our family. We are real blessed to know their family. There are pictures of Jasmine and her BF Isabel and her new friends. You will also see Jose and Edith almost killing me as they are messing up one of the pictures. Also Edith bought Jasmine a pool and the older kids enjoyed it more than the little ones. June 14 2007

Today I had Sara and the kids over. I am posting a picture of them so you can see how cute the kids are. God is so good he is bringing good christian families to my life. I also want to share with you all the bedspread mom bought for me on Mother's Day and the shower curtain. I know my room is plain but we are working on the kitchen before we move to the other rooms. I also posted a picture of the kids reading in their new room. I have noticed that if we do something special they behave better for the rest of the day. Tonight we are having Family night Jose is off tomorrow and he can stay up late. Hope you are enjoying all the cool pictures.

June 12th 2007

Today we went to the library for story time and we met our new friends from church. Mommy-Sara Boys- Wess and Will and sister-Sky. It was nice getting out of the house. I am trying to get use to our new normal- Just having the kids home all the time and no Titi Lissette's house to play. I had no idea how much Lissette's house was a place for me to relax. Tomorrow we are having over a new friend we met that has 5 boys --They are coming right after breakfast to play in our yard. The mom Candace loves coffee as much as I do and is a christian homeschool mom. I met here in a homeschooling local group and she seems lots of fun. I am trying to get ideas from her to homeschool and entertain the boys. I purchased rechargeable batteries to take pictures of the kids more often to post. This way you all get to see how much they are growing. I am trying to keep busy. Thursday I have Sara and her kids over to play and Friday daddy is off. We will be planning so fun family time Sara and her family come over for dinner. I will take pictures of them so you can see who they are. Please pray for me so I can adjust to having the kids home all the time and trying to keep them busy.

Hello everyone I am going to be posting pictures of our first month in NC. We rode horses and had a great time with Edith and Liz visiting from Florida. We all had a blast.
