This past week was my off week with P90X and I was going to run instead of following the program but due to my Jose's ( hubby) job and too many hours we only did run once.
I am in a place where I need to get excited about working out! I am not burned out but I am struggling with excitement.....due to Jose starting to run I am taking up this challenge in my life also as a way to motivate myself.
Plan of Action
- Run at the park at least 4 times a week and still do P90X every morning
- Have a food theme each week to make food fun and try new recipes
