Week 5 coming up! P90X and Plan of Action!

This past week was my off week with P90X and I was going to run instead of following the program but due to my Jose's ( hubby) job and too many hours we only did run once.

I am in a place where I need to get excited about working out! I am not burned out but I am struggling with excitement.....due to Jose starting to run I am taking up this challenge in my life also as a way to motivate myself.

Plan of Action

  1. Run at the park at least 4 times a week and still do P90X every morning
  2. Have a food theme each week to make food fun and try new recipes
We start school in our house this week and we are excited to do so but it will be a hard week of adjustments!
