My Painting of the Coffee Cup

Okay for a while I have been asking my friend Sara Mincy to paint a duplicate of her coffee mug painting and today she invited me over to actually help me paint my own. Take a look at my first painting in a very long time.

Our Vacation in the Mountains

We are back and it was a wonderful experience- To see the mountains and be able to see the beauty of God was so refreshing. My kids loved the mini vacation they swam and fished everyday and I thank Steve and Candace for including them like one of their kids. It was 9 kids and 3 adults and we had so much order that you would have had to be there to understand. Here are the pictures of where we stayed and what the kids did.

Here they are fishing and they all caught a fish at least if not more- Let me thank Steve he was so kind to be out with them hours unhooking fish as they all took turns including me at times. It was so neat to be around a family that is so loving. We are so blessed to have found new friends in NC. Thank you Anderson Family you are truly an example of a christian loving home.

September 19th -Family Update

Hello my dear friends and family - I have been so busy with school and sitting for The Bascom boys that I have not had any energy to keep up with my BLOG- But hopefully I will keep up again.

Since I posted last TiTi Andrea gave Jonathan and Justin a family birthday party and it was ice cream cake Jonathans favorite

Jonathan and Justin got money from Abuelita and great fun toys from Titi Edith

Also Jose has commited to losing weight by Christmas -- IT IS ON!!

Let me tell you my Flordia Friends and Family-- IT IS FALL IN NC

The weather has dropped we are actually pulling out all our fall clothes and putting our summer away!! I have not done this for 9 years WOW- I am so excited to see all the leaves changing and can't wait to wear my BOOTS !!! Hopefully I won't get tired of the weather to soon. It is cold for me and I am wondering if I actually have winter clothes. I just purchsed short sleeves for the boys becuase they were on sale but I am returing them and buying long sleeve!! I am still thinking like a Floridian when I shop this will be an adjustment for all of us!!

Miss you all and I will see you all in Florida real soon !!!

September 4th-Jonathans B-day

Take a look at Jonathan's new hair cut. We waited too long to go to someone else besides Titi- But we are too far away and he was Woffing!!! He looks great!

Know I have to confess I got a haircut also- I have been really thinking about this haircut but I thought that if I just cut it a little short I would like it- Today I finally got it cut and by someone else. It has been over 10 years since someone else cuts my hair so this was a very BIG leap of faith. I walked into a place that all the ladies had great hair and good fashion. They reminded me of Liz when she worked in a salon. The girl that styled my hair name was Adi and she is in her 20's she has been doing hair for about 2 years. She really listened to my wants and needs and all about how Liz is the Best hair dresser in the business and how she will be the first one in 10 years to touch my hair. So she had lots of pressure and she gave me what I asked for and I really love it. I am so glad that I did it and the price was so reasonable only $30 with wash,cut and blow dryer plus flat iron and she used like 3 products in my hair. If you all know in Tampa and NJ,NY they charge you extra for every single product they use on your hair. Okay here is the picture of my hair you can tell me what you think.

So do you all like it?? Liz be honest!! i miss you all so much and will see all in Tampa October 12th at the Ladies Retreat!! I can't wait.

Justin and Jonathan got a pool for their birthdays

I can't believe that Justin turned 6 and Jonathan will turn 10 tomorrow!!! It seems like yesterday that my boys were babyies and so tiny. God is so good to have given me such a big family!!

Justin is a very loving little boy. He is funnny and full of energy. He is so smart and loves to play with action figures. He also is great in most Sports!!

Jonathan is also a very loving and huggy type of boy. He loves to collect Rocks and read on them. He is studing and trying to collected all the gems and stones he can. If any of you have any extra diamonds or rubies Jonathan is in search of them.

I am so blessed to have Justin and Jonathan in my life each day.
